Before starting, make sure you do have the Outfit/DLC in the game before applying mods.

If you follow my instructions above properly, you should be OK.

If you encounter any problem, copy“x64”folder you backup before into Data folder and overwrite everything. Make sure you can play the game with original files, and then you shall start again from 8.

Always backup“PACK00_02.PAK”file and“x64”folder (after unpack) before you put any mod file(s)

It's important to have a backup because if you find a problem, you can revert back any mod with original files.

If you do not have backup or forgot to backup and something went wrong, it's your fault, no one can help you, also might need to reinstall the game.

1. Download Tools

You will need to download Gust Pak Tools to be able to unpack the original game files:
https://github.com/VitaSmith/gust_tools/releases/tag/v1.56

2. Extract Tools

Extract gust_tools to [Atelier Ryza Steam Game Folder->Data].

If you installed the Steam version of the game, then you should use this path =
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Atelier Ryza\Data”

The folder structure must be like this : “Atelier Ryza\Data\x64\character\“

Backup (make a copy) that “x64” folder by copy to any folder out of the game folder to keep original files safe.

Backup (make a copy) file “PACK00_02.PAK” also out of game folder.
Remember, Backup by make a file/folder copy, Never Do Cut File.

8. Rename File

Rename file “PACK00_02.PAK” in “Atelier Ryza\Data” to
“PACK00_02 Original.PAK“
Make sure you rename THAT FILE ONLY, don’t touch the others.

9. Extract The Mod File

Extract the mod file in any folder you want outside game folder.

10. Apply Mod

Move/copy the mod file in the correct folder path and overwrite if asked.

Actually, it's easy to put the mods in the correct folder, look at the name of the mods, and search the name in "data\x64\" folder (after you extracted), or you can read one of my Atelier Ryza Mod Posts, to get the picture, in what folder you must put it.
